Refund policy

Futsugar Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel a purchase at any time or return an order within 7 calendar days after delivery.

To return a product, follow these instructions:

1. Contact us to request a return.
2. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
   

Refund methods:

• Credit Card: The amount will be refunded directly to your credit card statement. Your card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process may take 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on the billing date and the refund request date.

Important information:

• The responsibility for the refund lies with the card administrator and the issuing bank.
• For defective products, incorrect items, items damaged by the carrier, or any product defect: there is no return cost.
• For customer remorse, such as purchasing the wrong product, incorrect sizing, or deciding not to keep the product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  
• For returns, the product must be new, in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
